Payments, Billing & Refunds

Opening an Account and general use of the Platform is free for all Users. Content Creators may at their sole discretion offer paywalled access to their communities and select services which can only be availed after the amount as decided by the creator has been paid. The Company may charge a service fee for availing the Services and such fee will be determined by the Company from time to time.

·All prices quoted for the Creator's Services are subject to change until the completion of the transaction.
·The Company does not, whether directly or indirectly, influence the prices mentioned by the Creators for the Creator's Services. The pricing shown for the Creator's Services are solely decided by the Creators and the Company cannot be held liable for any issues arising out of such pricing.
·All prices are subject to modification/change from time to time at the sole discretion of the Creators and shall be effective from the moment such revised prices are posted on this Platform.
·If you wish to subscribe to or purchase a relevant Creator's Services, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Transaction. Each Transaction shall be subject to the Company's and the Creator's then-current payment and purchase terms.
·Any payment made by you for any Creator's Services to the Company is received by the Company on behalf of the relevant Creator, and in the event of the completion of a Transaction, the said amount is released to the Creator.
·The Subscriber shall be liable for all applicable taxes with respect to the Creator's Services.
·When you perform a Transaction, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of money is limited by our terms and policies. Any payments done by a Subscriber are not refundable. The Company may, after analyzing certain requests, refund all or certain portions of the subscription fee, in its sole and absolute discretion.
